Leadership can be demanding.
There are decisions to make, people to lead, challenges to work through and at times conflict, pressure, and significant change. There are also seasons when it can be difficult to see the best way forward. After 30 years in pastoral leadership I’ve experienced many of those seasons.
Through my articles and videos I share practical thoughts on church leadership, ministry and some of the challenges we face as leaders.
I also offer pastoral coaching and mentoring for pastors, ministry, and mission leaders; to walk alongside providing a space to step back, think things through, gain perspective, and help in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence and fruitfulness in ministry.
My Pastoral Coaching is through the Centre for Church Leadership; Laidlaw College, New Zealand .
