About Me
I’m Barry Farmilo, a church leadership coach working with pastors and ministry leaders.
For thirty years I served as a lead pastor in New Zealand; 15 of these years as a C3 Church pastor. I have walked alongside congregations through the many seasons of church life and ministry.Those years gave me a deep respect for the calling carried by pastors and leaders, and for the care they offer their communities.
