About Me

I am passionate about helping church leaders remain healthy, effective, and grounded in their calling as they discern God's direction for the next season.

My passion is shaped by more than 30 years in pastoral leadership.Originally from Hobart, Australia, I moved to Auckland at the age of 22 to attend a Youth With A Mission (YWAM) training course which was the start of my ministry journey.

Together with my wife, Linda, I have served in ministry across New Zealand, including planting and establishing a church in Nelson and leading a Church on Auckland's North Shore for 27 years.

Those years gave me firsthand experience of both the joys and the unique challenges of church leadership, and now as a Coach I enjoy bringing this experience to come alongside and support leaders and pastors, as they seek to serve faithfully and sustainably over the long term.
