My theme in church at the moment is “anointed and set free”
So a few thoughts and points from last weeks message

The anointing is an out working of the Holy Spirit on our lives
And when the anointing comes on your life it is Gods’ enabling,

Isaiah 10:27 “….the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing”

The anointing empowers us to do whatever our life calling is

It’s the anointing that causes us to succeed in the call of God.

The anointing sets us free from religiosity.

Religion makes everything about God appear dull dry and boring

In contrast, the anointing is attractive, it attracts people to God.

Religiosity doesn’t attract anyone to Christ

Christ literally means – anointed

So followers of Christ should be anointed also
